Brownsea Island Cruise
Cruise from Bournemouth or Swanage to Brownsea Island, with the option of landing and exploring the Island before returning on a later boat.
The cruise from Bournemouth Pier is a one or two hour round-trip cruise along the golden beaches and Chines, into Poole Harbour, landing on Brownsea Island. You have the option of landing on the Island and returning on a later boat or staying aboard to enjoy the cruise.
The cruise from Swanage is again a one hour round-trip cruise, along the Jurassic coast, past Old Harry Rocks, into Poole Harbour and landing on Brownsea Island. All guests aboard are dropped off on Brownsea Island and will be picked up by a later boat and returned to Swanage.
Brownsea Island is teeming with wildlife, including red squirrels, peacocks and sika deer. The landscape is a delightful variety of beaches, heathland, green field and rocky outcrops. The castle and chapel are beautiful sights and there is a lovely café to enjoy a spot of lunch. The cruise returns you to Bournemouth or Swanage Pier in the afternoon.
